Renaut has been in full time ministry for the past 20 years. He is a community leader, pastor, and business owner.
Renaut's most important role, however, is as husband to his wife, Brooke, and father to his eight children, four of whom were adopted from Ethiopia in 2012.
Renaut is the founding pastor of Mosaic Church in Winter Garden Florida, a suburb of Orlando. Mosaic was planted in 2002 and is listed as one of the ten fastest growing churches in America in 2018. It is highly involved in meeting the holistic needs of the local and global community through a variety of efforts and partnerships.
In addition to leading Mosaic, Renaut, along with his wife Brooke, are the founders and owners of Axum Coffee Company, a specialty coffee chain and roaster, and House Blend Cafe, a breakfast ‘n lunch spot and catering company. Both of these give 100% of net profits away to social justice issues around the globe.
Renaut is passionate about inspiring and challenging people to live lives informed by the gospel of Jesus in every arena. He and Mosaic Church are committed to caring for vulnerable children around the world.
A twenty-three year healthcare professional, Felix is currently the Vice President of Network Programs for UnitedHealthcare of Florida. He and his wife, Angela, have been married for 24 years and are parents to three daughters: Breanna, Gabrielle and Sophia (who was adopted from China in 2012). As Vice Chairman of Love Made Visible, Felix oversees Adoption Grants and Fundraising Initiatives. He is an advocate for adoption and seeks to encourage the Church to develop Adoption Care programs in order to meet the needs of vulnerable children in their communities.
Gabriel serves as the Mission Pastor at Mosaic Church. He and his wife, Tiffany, have been married for 10 years. They are foster parents and soon-to-be adoptive parents to two sons: Adonias and AJ. Gabriel and Tiffany are passionate about caring for orphans and vulnerable children locally and globally. Gabriel is committed to equipping and mobilizing the local church to live on mission, making the gospel known in areas of justice and mercy and church planting.
An adoptive mom herself, Angela is committed to serving adoptive and foster care parents in both the practical and the relational. She has developed and implemented a WRAP Around care program to serve families in Central Florida and speaks to audiences regularly on the importance of post-adoption support programs, trauma informed care, and soul/self care for those serving vulnerable children. Angela currently spends a good amount of her time training and coaching churches on the first steps to developing orphan care ministries.
Chad is a fundraising professional who helps organizations nationwide realize their full potential. From small to large, he helps groups raise the money necessary to carry out their missions. He and his wife, Mardy, have been married 14 years and have two awesome children: Nora and Maxwell. Chad is a voice in the community for establishing programs to serve vulnerable children as well as an advocate for the abolition of human trafficking, particularly in Southeast Asia, where his wife and her family are from. Chad and Mardy are currently Safe Families host parents and cherish the opportunity to love on the children whom they are blessed to host.
Jennifer is the mother of five young adults, three of which were adopted from Russia in 2005 and 2006. She is dedicated to encouraging her children as they grow in their faith and walk towards a bright future. Encouraging adoptive parents as they navigate parenting their children is an important way that Jennifer serves the community. She also serves on the board of the International Community School where her oldest four children graduated. She has been married to her husband, Randy, for 25 years.
Having served in various roles of ministry for over 35 years as a missionary, pastor and teacher, Jack and his lovely wife, Pamela are passionate about global and local orphan care. As a missionary in Guatemala for 5 years and Ethiopia for 2 years and leading numerous short term trips, Jack has first hand experience serving the needs of children who face neglect, hunger and poverty. Through Love Made Visible, he continues to coordinate with our global partners to develop Community Based Care programs that will positively impact orphaned and vulnerable children. Jack and Pam have 5 Children and almost 8 grandchildren! He feels truly blessed to be a LMV board member and an advocate for the children and families served through Love Made Visible!
